Comfortable and bright apartment in a privileged position by the north seafront, in an elegant newly built condominium with a lift. The apartment has 5 beds and is located on the third floor, consisting of an entrance to the living room with sofa bed and kitchen, hallway, double bedroom with balcony, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with washing machine and shower, and terrace. The apartment is air-conditioned, newly built and finished with gress flooring over the entire surface, pvc windows with double glazing, shutters, armored door, video intercom, completely autonomous systems. Guests can enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle and, on request, cot and high chair for children. Custom furniture is unique and also crafted with care and with an attention to detail. Its optimal position allows to have immediate access to the seafront and its cycle path and to all the areas of interest that are close at hand. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business, whether you are on holiday in the wonderful Riviera delle Palme. The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and wifi. In the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto the tourist tax is applied from 1 June to 15 September, which must be paid at check-in and corresponds to 1 euro per day per person for the first 7 days while children up to 12 years are exempt. The following optional extra charges are excluded: -bed linen and towels € 15 per person per week, alternatively it can be procured independently. The beds are provided with mattress covers and pillow covers only. -cot and high chair € 5 each per child per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, from the 8th day it is free - umbrella + 2 sunbeds at Chalet Lo Zodiaco (concession no. 19), Chalet Lido Azzurro (concession no. 38), subject to availability, at the special price of € 15 per day in June and September, € 20 in July and August. -small pets are allowed with a supplement of € 30 You're welcome, take care of it! Chiara is a very friendly host, the check in and also check out was flexible and very friendly! The location of the apartment is excellent, just opposite of the lungomare. An unprotected but for free parking is just around the corner, but can be muddy in case of rain! The apartment was clean and also quiet, no need to worry about the rail track. The apartment is equipped with basic furniture, the equipment and dishes are limited. The balcony is rather small to enjoy an outdoor meal or drink. In short distance there are some recommendable restaurants and a small supermarket. We enjoyed our stay in San Benedetto and in the apartment. Grazie Chiara also for supporting us to get some stuff we forgot in the apartment.
Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Appartamento in posizione strategica, comodo e pulito. Buono il consiglio di Chiara per lo stabilimento di fronte. Sicuramente funzionale per famiglie. Consigliato!
Posizione ottima per il lungo mare e spiaggia. Piccolo appartamento di recente costruzione. Lati negativi, arredamento di scarsa qualita', estrema vicinanza degli edifici attigui, rumore anche in orari notturni da ferrovia, passaggio auto e moto e movida del lungo mare.
Ottima posizione sul lungomare, comodissimo per accedere alla spiaggia. Palazzina elegante, non rumorosa. Prezioso il lavandino sul terrazzo per lavare i costumi!
Soggiorno perfetto per le mie esigenze, casa molto curata e pulita, mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi in pochi minuti, cordialità e disponibilità Ineccepibili.
