Beautiful setting, feel like you are away from it all. Lovely homes, perfect for our stay. Has everything you need for individual living but also big group meals etc. Host was very accommodating and helpful throughout inc help with getting to supermarket for first big shop. Supermarket is walking distance. Location/area is quiet, found it hard to find open restaurant on the one night we ate out but eating in was ideal. I would say if you had car / hire car it’s nice location for travelling about. Would definitely stay again.

Fuimos este fin de semana 12 amigos y fue una estancia MARAVILLOSA. Tuvimos toda la Quinta para nosotros, la pisicina estaba genial y pudimos cenar y comer todos juntos en el porche de una de las casitas. Gracias a Inês y a Pedro por preocuparse de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto. Repetiremos en el futuro. ⭐

The photos do not do this beautiful house justice. When we opened the gate we couldn’t believe that we had the entire place to ourselves. A bottle of water in every fridge which was very welcome after our drive from the airport (40ish mins). Beautiful gardens, good size pool. Two bbq’s. A kitchen where the main meals can be made and small kitchens in each house for small prep. Coffee machines! Heaven. All the utensils you need, saucepans etc. Pedro the host communicated with us impeccably, including welcoming us, letting us know when towels would be changed etc. The caretakers were lovely too. The pool cleaned every other day and towels changed regularly. Everything you can think of is catered for. Regarding location: If you want to explore, you will need a car. We were able to visit beaches and Porto within 30 minutes. Porto is simply stunning and shouldn’t be missed! From the house there is a Lidl a 10 minute walk away as well as a pharmacy. There is a restaurant but we didn’t try that. So if you want to see more, a car is highly recommended. But as for the house, your every need is catered for and our family of 9 absolutely loved it.
