Beautiful condominium with a cool gym, a modest pool and a nice sauna. The apartment does look a bit bigger in the pictures than it was in reality but I that’s everywhere. Location is prime but surrounding areas didn’t feel safe as there are a lot of homeless people. Even guys at front desk didn’t really advised us to go out during the night. There were some nice touches as free coffee and free paçoca. It does feel a bit weird to be told you can’t have visitors as an adult and after you book the place. Overall it was good for our group as it was close to the areas we needed to go and the hosts were incredibly responsive

Excelente acomodação, tudo muito limpo e bem organizado! Apartamento muito bem equipado e bonito. Os anfitriões respondem rápido e nos auxiliaram com o que precisávamos.

This is a difficult review to write. To start with, the apartment is very modern and clean, and Elaine and Gabriel are responsive hosts. I appreciate all of this. Overall, we had a good stay. Unfortunately, our stay was slightly ruined when we were accused of staining a very special table cloth which was apparently bought overseas. I was then asked to compensate the hosts to replace the whole table cloth. When I politely asked that they tried cleaning it again and offered to pay the dry cleaning bill, this was refused. To be honest, I felt taken advantage of as a foreigner. I appreciate the delicacy and time put into AirBnBs but what do you expect would happen if you put a special white table cloth at dining table where people eat? Overall, the AirBnB was left in perfect condition. In future maybe warn your guests of anything particularly special in the apartment or don’t use something special at all!
