Great apartment. Golden hour fills the place with sun every night and it's very cozy. Easy to walk to the spectrum for shopping or just exercise!

There are both positives and negatives. Let's begin with the good part: The location is a great spot in Irvine and the community is clean, modern, and decent with lots of amenities. Alex was overall kind and polite. However, we had a few issues as well. Before reserving the place, we asked him if he is Ok with our cat staying with us, he said he didn't mind but later he was upset that we had a cat in the room; he tried to charge us a large amount to replace the room's carpet. We offered him more than enough to have the carpet professionally cleaned and sanitized but he still insisted on charging us to replace the entire room's carpet which was not damaged and just needed cleaning after our 1-month stay with our cat. Also, one day his ex-girlfriend who was not living with him stopped by and she was trying to fight with him, it ruined our day. He has cameras installed in the living room so when we were spending time in the living room, we felt we were being watched which felt creepy.
