Very charming antique apartment. The host is a designer which you can see in the tastefulness of the way he arranged things and how he renovated the wonderful old substance of the building. Just a few steps and you are at the sea. There is a small market, where you can buy most o f the things you´ll need. Also there are a few restaurants around. Just perfect. The host is an interesting guy, very helpful and immediately answers. Just want to mention that the smaller bedroom is realy very small - so keep that in mind. The terrace is wonderfully peaceful. All in all our stay this appartment will leave very sweat memories in our minds. I just loved it there. Greetings to Alen Robert

Le village de Martinscica est un pur bonheur. Hyper paisible et juste assez actif pour les grands et les petits, avec sa plage interminable (mini criques et plagettes avec pontons), son petit port, ses 2-3 cafés, ces quelques bons restaurants. On a adoré ce lieu complètement coupé du temps. Le logement de Alen cadrait parfaitement dans ce décor. L'appartement, situé dans un ancien château (plutôt une petite fortification), a beaucoup de cachet, avec ses voûtes, son carrelage, ses coins et recoins. La distribution des pièces est idéale et les installations super. Le + : une terrasse au calme et un coin cuisine extérieur.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is really nice just like in the pictures. The roof terrace is superb. The beach is just around the corner, quiet and nice. Alen is a really friendly and communicative host. I truly recommend!

Einzigartiges Haus in toller Umgebung! Haus hat viel Charme und eine super Lage (direkt am kleinen Hafen in Martinscica). Gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Alen ist ein toller, hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alen‘s Apartment is a really lovely decorated and historical place where you have enough space and everything as interior you need to have a wonderful time. It’s an old building and it has his one Charme. Who’s looking for a brand new luxury place is not at the right address. But in my Opinion that’s the point who makes it so cosy and nice. The used flair. It has enough space for a couple with 2-3 children. A big rooftop terrace and a well equipped kitchen. Alen was really helpful and he is a funny and pleasant guy. The check in was really easy and he also organized a spot where we could leave our kayak. So all together i really recommend this Apartment. The location in this lovely small town is perfect and you can go in the (for me one of the best restaurants in the world) „Castello“ in 30 seconds.
