Breathtaking views & fresh mountain air await you in this perfect, spacious family getaway that sits on almost a half-acre lot just above the charming and quaint Duck Creek Village. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, fire pit, and a large covered deck perfect for barbecuing and star gazing, this is the cabin for you no matter if you’re looking for an epic outdoor adventure or just peace, simplicity and serenity. Conveniently located just over 3 hours from Las Vegas and under 4 hours from Provo, Utah, the location puts you within an hour of Cedar Breaks Point, Zion National Park, & Bryce Canyon National Park. The main level features a nicely situated kitchen with all you’ll need to prepare meals before or after heading out for the day. There’s also a dining area & living area space to give you and your guests plenty of space to stretch out. Enjoy the deck to stargaze or catch the next meteor shower. The master bedroom featuring a king bed is on the main level along with a large bathroom. On the upper level you’ll find an over-sized bedroom with two double beds, each with a twin trundle underneath. The lower level has two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a bathroom to share; and If your clothes need a bit of a refresh after a long stay, take advantage of the washer and dryer downstairs as well. All of these beds allow for up to 6-8 adults max with room for up to 6 kids (a total of 12 occupants max) to sleep comfortably in this charming family cabin. Tongue-in-grove wood, plus the vaulted ceiling & windows will give you that true mountain cabin feel. Use the wood burning stove to take away the cold winter chill or enjoy heat from the forced-air gas furnace. A fire-pit outside offers opportunity for a smore's roast and the large front yard is a great spot for throwing around the ball, or deer watching (in the spring & summer) when it's meal time at our neighbors cabin!

Great place to stay. Two families stayed here to visit the area. Kids loved the loft and bonfire pit. The deck was great! Central to Zion and Bryce. Plenty to do nearby too and the kids enjoyed walki g down into Duck creek village! Would reccommend this cabin and host.

The cabin was exactly as described and was perfect for our family trip to Southern Utah. It is centrally located for sight seeing and cozy if you just want to stay and relax. The cabin is beautiful and in a beautiful location with a ton of wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone!

The cabin was very comfortable overall, except maybe the hard table, chairs and barstools. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals (the pans were pretty beat up). The TV set up and sound was great. As a previous Arbnb owner I know it doesn’t take much to upgrade a few things to make it an outstanding and a little more worth the overall cost. Jenna communicated quickly. Our stay was memorable as we met our adult son there for a few days to hang out. We took the 1 hour trip out to Bryce for some fantastic hikes. The area overall is just beautiful!

This was our third time staying here. We are always so comfortable, & we are always thankful for how accommodating, helpful, kind, patient with all my questions, informative, & prompt to respond Jenna & Matthew are. We love the area, scenery, peacefulness, wildlife, the set up of this cabin for our large family, & all the amenities (great kitchen for cooking in, comfortable beds, great main bathroom, laundry area if needed, tv’s, lovely patio, big driveway, firepit, etc.) We appreciate that it’s always well kept & that everything is always working. Thank you, Jenna & Matthew, for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy a little “piece of serenity” in your beautiful mountain home getaway! Hoping we get another chance to do it again soon.

We're located just above the quaint Duck Creek Village, minutes from many hiking/biking/ATV trails and near plenty of National Park beauty! Our cabin is also in a unique spot to watch for wildlife right from the balcony. With a neighbor who has many woodland friends that frequent his property, keep an eye out for anything from a variety of birds and squirrels, to wild turkeys in the fall/winter months and plenty of deer in the spring/summer months.

Please keep in mind when booking that this is a CABIN in a MOUNTAIN TOWN, with dirt roads, wild animals and sometimes steep inclines. Also, when you plan a trip in the winter, the roads are icy and sometimes snow covered. Chains are recommended & sometimes required (per mountain advisory) November through April.
