We had a terrible experience with this rent. The place is not a villa but a flat - and honestly thats just a small part of the problem. the real issue is that the owner is rude and threatening and that he will very likely try and rake advantage of you. he was late at checkin (not a big deal again) and then was very difficult all the way through (didnt show up, sent someone else who didnt know the flat and didnt show us anything etc). most importantly, he showed up at checkout and had the most aggressive behaviour, giving us the impression he was intoxicated, and making crazy remarks about the state in which the house was (good). he also attacked one of the guests telling her to shut up (he is a bulky man, my guest is a lady...). please be careful and stay away from this place

Wir verbrachten eine gute Zeit in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Sehr praktisch ist die Sommerküche beim Grill. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar.

Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen, die Villa wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt. Wir waren begeistert von der schönen Gartenanlage und dem direkten Meerzugang. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Ein sehr schöner Platz, mit tollem Außenbereich und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Eine traumhaft schöne Terrasse mit genialer Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr schwer von diesem kleinen Paradies getrennt. Wir kommen wieder.

I can definitely recommend this place, as well as the host which is very responsive and professional. We spent 10 wonderful days in this villa with our family of 4. The place is clean and well maintained. The location is outstanding, within less than 1 minute you can walk from the living room straight into the sea. In the evening we often enjoyed the breeze coming from the sea and a drink on the various terraces overlooking it. The place is quiet both during day and night. We are seriously thinking to come back next year. This place is really wonderful.
