DEER CROSSING CABIN, NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, 523 sq. f.t, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen, dishwasher, gas grill, fire pit, A/C, heating, TV, WiFi, back up to US Forest Service, 2 miles to Hill City, close to major attractions from 10 min. to 1 hr. drive, max 7 people (4 adults), kids under 2 are free. It's a part of Restmore Inn (family-owned & operated). CREDIT CARD INFO. & GUEST AGREEMENT ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN WHEN CHECK IN. Owners live on site. Please read in "Show more" It has 1 queen in 1st bedroom, 1 bunk bed w/ full & twin in 2nd bedroom, 1 queen sleeper-sofa in living room, & 1 bathroom. Our aim is to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. As a result, we have a recommended maximum occupancy of 7 people (4 adults) in this cabin. There is kid playground, and sport area for volleyball & and horseshoes game.

Everything was great. Was next to a busy road though so lots of traffic.
Excellent location the cabin was good to spend time with the family and visit Mountain Roushmore Vivian is a very good hostess very good communication.
Adorable cabin, could be a little cleaner. There were cobwebs and it was dusty. Didn’t love the location as it is by a busy road. Overall I have a 4/5
Vivian was great to work with! Nice place and very clean!
This place was the perfect location if you are wanting to see as much as you can during your stay. My kids loved having the playground to play on and were able to ride bikes across the street. It is definitely a place worth staying and Vivian is a super sweet host.

We are back up to US Forest Service land. You are welcome for hiking and hunting in the season with the permits. We are very close to all the major attractions within from 12 minutes (Mount Rushmore) to less than 1 hour drive.
We are 2 miles to downtown Hill City, South Dakota.
