Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bedingt empfehlen. Pro: -schöne Lage in guter Nachbarschaft -schönes und sauberes Zimmer Contra: -Badezimmer und Küche waren schon bei meiner Ankunft sehr schmutzig -Die anderen Gäste, im Appartment waren zum Teil sehr unordentlich, sodass die Gemeinschaftsbereiche fast immer in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand waren -Parken ist an Wochentagen nur für 2 Stunden möglich -Die Kommunikation funktionierte nicht immer einwandfrei. Entgegen der Beschreibung habe ich nirgends ein Bügeleisen finden können. Meine Nachfragen, wo ich es finden kann wurden ignoriert, sodass ich mir letztlich selbst ein Bügeleisen kaufen musste.

Neat spacious home in one of the nicer neighborhoods of San Francisco. The room had good natural sunlight. Overall pleasant experience - would love to visit again.

Pros: nice area, very walkable, spacious rooms and the refrigerators in each room were nice Cons: Each unit houses 4 people in 4 separate bedrooms. There’s 2 unassigned bathrooms for the 4 people. No cleaning service while I stayed there regarding bathrooms, they were always in disarray. If you plan on bringing a car apply for a street permit in advance (something that wasn’t communicated very well to me even though I asked ahead of time about street parking). It’s SF so you definitely get what you pay for

Nice room. Lots of lots of sunshine, love it. the desk is pretty big to fit more than one monitor. Bed and sofa are comfy. The surrounding is quiet and safe. The host is helpful.

Ari’s place was great! It’s location was very close to everything in the city, and a block away from many places to eat and drink. The room was very big and clean, with plenty of storage and a mini fridge in the cabinets. The seat in the window is a great placed to relax and feel the breeze of the cool air. There are a few parks near by that are easily walkable, and a quick bus down Filmore you could be at a restaurant or all the way at the Marina. Also very close to mission (more restaurants), the castro (gay clubs), and financial district (shopping). I would definitely recommend as it’s a quiet but and generally nice neighborhood compared to many in San Francisco, and the street is currently a “no driving” street or only “local traffic” which limits the amount of traffic on the street. I would recommend if you are needing a place to stay to see the city, and need a homely place to retreat to.
