This house was my sister’s dream home. As whimsical as it sounds with very comfortable ambiance which was perfect for our trip to Wichita! We loved spending time here and would definitely stay again.

We called last minute and Brad responded quickly to our need. Everything was comfortable. We had three of our adult children with us and everyone got their own bed. We even had our golden doodle the last night of our stay. Brad has a fenced in back yard. We would stay again.

Comfortable beds, cold AC and close to everywhere we needed to be. Very reaponsive to questions. Highly recommend Brad.

Brad has a ton of houses to stay at. Unfortunately I think I got one of the last available in the $ range I was looking for. He is a very responsive, proactive, and friendly host! That being said, the house itself needed some work. After a clogged drain, broken garbage disposal, bugs on the window sills, a hallway that still smelled of weed no matter how much we aired it out, and my mom spending her first 10 minutes re-mopping all the floors in the house, I likely won't stay here again. I felt safe with my family around, but once they left, I did not feel safe as a single female in the neighborhood. This was exacerbated by frequent nightly sirens (fire station is 3 doors down), and the neighbors garage lighting on fire in the middle of the night. Needless to say, it was an eventful stay. Brad was an angel though: he sent multiple handymen to repair the broken things and resent the cleaning lady to reclean (though we never saw her show up). The house has all the charm in the photos!
