A beautiful, quiet house. The perfect place to recharge away from the city

The most amazing week in a quiet, peaceful farm house! The house itself is old and to a traditional standard. The surroundings are beautiful, the views are just breath taking! The pool was amazing and lovely for it to be cleaned mid week. As mentioned the drive to the place is a challenge!! We hired an SUV style car which was fine it’s just very very bumpy! But instructions to follow were easy even in the dark! The restaurant in the village is beautiful. Gorgeous food and run by lovely locals! Overall an amazing week, the hosts we re extremely helpful and very quick responses. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay a better one 😊

The Sheepfold for a week in early September was extremely secluded, private and peaceful. the pool is a decent size and it's great to have sole use. the house has great views and all the basics we needed, kitchen was well equipped and it was useful to have spices and oils etc already there as well as coffee and tea and a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge. towels and linen all great. the house stayed nice and cool downstairs with openings on all sides of the building. also lovely to have outside seating areas on 3 of 4 aspects. the woodlands and tracks around are good for rambling and it's a short walk into town for groceries. the property was great for our family of four but a bigger party might struggle with just one toilet. Also worth noting that there is a 1.5km unpaved track to reach the house from the road, best suited to a sturdy vehicle that's not too low to the ground. There is another parking place about 150m from the house which avoids the unpaved road.

Excellent séjour entre amis dans un cadre….magnifique. La maison est pleine de charme et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est bien évidemment superbe ! Anne-Sophie est une hôte très réactive ce qui a été fortement apprécié lorsque nous avions besoin d’elle. Merci à vous pour cette géniale semaine !

Wat een rustige omgeving. Geen buren, enkel natuur, krekels, ... . Ideaal om tot rust te komen! Eveneens goede uitvalsbasis om de Provence te verkennen.
