Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check in for your stay! -IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. -Pets are allowed for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional pet., please keep leashed in common areas. -For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras. -As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
