This is our second stay at Chip’s wonderful home in the heart of La Jolla Shores. His family house is a peaceful oasis with a gorgeous yard-you have to see it to understand the magic! We are so grateful to stay here when we are in town and love the location, too! The restaurants and shops are a bonus to the quick beach access and it’s always so fun to be here! See you again soon!

What an ideal cottage for visitors to La Jolla. This is a home created with love by Chip’s parents for his grandmother. who loved to garden.You can see the care in the construction that has endured, the mahogany counters, high ceilings, well placed windows to let sunshine and light in, and historic trees. Then it’s now refreshed with thoughtful care in paint colors, furnishings, fabrics, outdoor chairs and more. So well located with one beach a few blocks away and easy access to La Jolla’s attractions. We loved it!
