It's a new apartment and it looks very good. Everything was clean, check-in and check-out were flexible. But we did have a few things that we weren't quite happy about. The mattress and pillows were cheap and out of shape. If you're not young and fit, you could get back ache. The kitchen didn't have toaster nor microwave, there was only a hob with one large pan and one medium pot. So it wasn't convenient to warm up ready meals but you couldn't also cook properly either. The only channel the TV showed was Al Jazeera news because the remote control lacked batteries. We could watch Netflix, though. You need to take out your garbage at the end of your stay, but we couldn't find the waste bins and there were no instructions where to find them. There was a car park under the building that we could have used. But to park the car one would have to message the host every single time who would then open the gate by phone.

C'est un endroit absolument magnifique : un superbe appartement qui fait ensemble avec un superbe nouveau cartier. Tout est neuf, parfaitement aménagé...Le logement d' excellence qui fait rêver ! Allez yles yeux fermés !..

Our experience was absolutely great: the apartment was very clean, very well equipped, instructions and communications were clear, there is also parking garage undergroud (don't park your car outside even if there are no signs of paid parking, otherwise you will be fined by the city authorities). We would definitely stay in this apartment next time.
