A delightful, pristine cottage with all the amenities and comforts of home. Private and safe, with a very relaxed vibe. Five minutes walk to cafes and the beach and close to shops and the town centre. Peter was a welcoming host who made a personal visit to say hello. Overall, first rate!

We had a great week in laid back Speightstown at the little white cottage, the house is in a good and very walkable location and an orange juice awaited us on arrival by caretaker Viola - Sleeping was very fine and the two ACs work very well. We would’ve given 5 stars but can only give 3 in summary considering the price and the other nice (& cheaper) Airbnb’s we had because several things were not as advertised in the listing: 1) no cooking essentials, no cooking oil and pepper - the host ignored our request about some cooking oil 2) just one soap bar for the bath - no shower gel or shampoo 3) just 2 toilet paper rolls provided while the space is rented for minimum one week - the caretaker Viola mentioned she MUST NOT put more than two rolls in after we inquired again after our ignored message to the host 4) TV system not working-no channels and Netflix etc interrupted after every few minutes - unusable (request after the first day was ignored) 5) quite intrusive/unfriendly caretaker

Lovely stay at Peter’s Little White Cottage! Great host, collected us from the airport and gave us a mini tour of Speightstown pointing out all the amenities, bars and restaurants. The cottage is a 7 or 8 minute walk to beach and bars/restaurants.

When we requested, Peter picked us up from another location on the island and brought us to the Little White cottage, (and also provided transport back to the airport). The cottage exceeded our expectations and it is clear to see why Peter receives excellent reviews from people who stay in here. We couldn’t fault anything about the cottage or Peter as a host and would have no hesitation in returning or recommending for a stay on Barbados.
