Welcome to our lovely small 2 story A frame cabin. The famous San Juan River is steps away ready for fishing. Just minutes away from the Navajo Dam Lake Marina. The house is clean, fully equipped and ready for your stay! Cabin comfortably sleeps 3 guests, more are welcome! Two lawns available for camping. Large area for parking. One 30 and 50 volt amp plug in for campers. The panoramic nature view and relaxing visit will make you want to come back again guaranteed! It is the perfect getaway! This little home is fully fenced all around on 1/2 acre of land. Access to gas grill, wood fire pit outside with lights and patio chairs, table underneath a shaded gazebo, and balcony with patio chairs overlooking mountains and the San Juan River. The river runs in front and on the side of the property just over the fence. The river is opened to the public. The cabin has one bathroom with a walk in shower, livingroom with futon, kitchen with small dining table, one bedroom with a queen size bed, queen size air mattress and an additional full size mattress that slides out from underneath the bed if needed. Living room also has wood burning stove. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom with a Netflix account ready to watch. Cell service is great all around the property for AT&T users, not great for Verizon. Firewood is not provided.
