This forested jewel is just 11 miles to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and the Knight Basketball Arena, 2 miles to McKenzie River trout fishing/rafting, and close to this cycling mecca’s scenic bike routes. This welcoming, comfortable, serene, eclectic, 580 square foot accommodation accented with picturesque window views is nestled on the north slope of our FSC forest. Morning sunlight bathes the space. The suite is available 48 hours (2 days) between guests for health safety and disinfecting of the suite. Reviews of your stay will be available after the completion of housekeeping. The efficiency type kitchenette is equipped with a sink, an under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, glassware, bowls, and utensils. A variety of spices, salt and pepper, organic Cafeto coffee / tea, organic sugar, and honey are available. There are containers for your recycling and compost, and all the amenities needed for washing your dishes. An armoire with a full mirror, drawers, shelves, and hangers for your clothing, a queen bed, night table and lamp, a small chair and foot stool for reading / relaxing, and a small table and chair for work space complete the bedroom. There are cards, a chess set, scrabble, assorted books, and local / Oregon guide literature for your perusal as well. The bathroom shower is tiled with a standard and hand-held shower head. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided in the shower; liquid hand soap, hand lotion, and tissue are available at the sink. The entry to the suite is accessed from an outdoor patio. The immediate outdoor environment is spectacular! Legacy Yew, Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock iconic trees surround the house in forestry registered with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) since 1999. A one acre, thirty-one year old, Oregon Tilth certified organic blueberry field, non-GMO verified is also part of the property.
