I stayed for a month in Margaret's flat, she and her husband were friendly and they kept to themselves mostly. The room is exactly the one you see in the pictures, it's cozy and bright and the bed is comfy too. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking/heating your food. Initially the place was clean, but after the first weeks not so much. The washing machine is not for free use, you have to ask for permission and you can use it not more than once a week. I worked remotely the entire time and the wi-fi connection was average at best in my room. The position I think was good. Less than 10 minutes to the RER line A by foot, and less than 5 minutes to the shopping mall. Thanks for having me!

Me he sentido como en casa. Tanto Margaret como su marido son dos personas adorables, te ayudan siempre que lo necesitan y siempre están muy pendientes de que todo esté perfecto. La casa es muy tranquila y limpia, y la zona está muy bien. Además, Paris está bastante cerca en tren. Lo recomendaría 100%.

Margaret was a very accommodating host and the place is as advertised. She was very responsive and communicated well despite some confusion due to a booking mistake on my end. She also helped with some recommendations. This is a good deal and the bathrooms and beds were clean. One thing to note is that it can be hard or inconvenient to reach if you are returning late at night, when the metro is closed, as there are limited bus routes.
