Was in town for work for a few days and this property was perfect! It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to navigate and within walking distance of a number of restaurants and local cafes.

Max really cares about his guests and making things easy. The furnishings are comfortable - the L-shaped sofa in the living room is great! There are plenty of spare linens/towels and the kitchen is well outfitted. The place is neat and clean without unkempt clutter in the cabinets & closets. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy, and was fab that the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the house (so there was sound separation and privacy), and each bedroom had its own bathroom (plus the “powder room” downstairs). The backyard was a good spot for our 2 little doggies, and would have been a nice place to hang out if the weather had been nicer during our stay. The neighborhood was attractive, and felt safe, and was great for dog walks. Krogers was conveniently just a couple of blocks away! Our host was responsive to our requests (one of which was for more towels, which we later found in a cupboard to the left of the washing machine. Oops!). We would stay again!

This was a comfortable, convenient stay that made the most of Memphis from the decor to the Elvis albums and turntable to the location in beautiful Central Gardens. Off street parking in the detached garage was a big plus. As others have mentioned, there is a busy car wash next door, but the noise was not noticeable inside, and it was closed in the evenings. The midtown location was close to restaurants, groceries and just a short drive to downtown. We appreciated the easy keypad entry and QR code connection to WiFi. The mattress in the room with one bed is a little worn on one side (the nightstand side), but comfortable for one person. The hand towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms are also worn, but the bath towels were just fine. Just FYI, there isn’t an ice maker in the fridge or ice trays, so we grabbed a bag of ice when picking up groceries. Again, great stay overall. We definitely would stay here again!
