Fantastic Host! Great Place!

I stayed at Michelle's house for two weeks while in Monterey on business and my stay was fantastic! From the moment I sent my request to Michelle until the minute I departed, every aspect of my stay was perfect. Communications with Michelle were lightning fast and check-in was a breeze. The digital lock is managed through your phone using an app called August. Michelle provided excellent directions and detailed instructions about the house and make's herself available via text and/or phone. Located in a new subdivision in Marina. It was exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Just a couple of miles from Hwy 1, it's a short 15-minute drive to Monterey. There's shopping and restaurants nearby (not walking distance). For peace of mind, there's a large garage attached to the house. In addition there's street parking immediately in front of the house. As described in Michelle's listing, the house is brand new and extremely spacious. More so than the photographs depict. An open concept design, with a large kitchen/living room area. Lots of space to move around, without ever feeling cramped. All of the appliances are new and top-of-the-line, which made cooking not only a breeze, but enjoyable. The entire house was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a ensuite bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub. While the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are smaller, they're located immediately beside the 2nd bathroom. The beds and linen were very comfortable. The internet was fast and the large-screen TV in the living room is equipped with all the apps for your entertainment. I travel with my work and have stayed perhaps 100 different Airbnb's throughout the U.S. / Canada and I can say without any hesitation that my stay at Michelle's house was best Airbnb experience I've ever encountered. If you're coming to Monterey and looking for accommodation, you won't find a better place than Michelle's. I was so impressed, I'll be returning!

This experience was the best we have had with Airbnb. We have never stayed at a spot where there are so many amenities and everything was fully stocked. She was prompt with responses and handled any questions or concerns before, during, and even after our checkout. Will definitely book this spot in the future if available.
