I think the thing that stood out about our was 2 things being we didn’t know if this was one apartment somehow split into two, so sharing with other people and also how easily the place could be elevated with good decor and a thorough clean. When we arrived, 2 pairs of jandals were at the door which had has confused and a bit weirded out. The place seems to have been divided to make space for the air bnb which is Pilsner been good to know prior. The place wasn’t that clean and lacked good decor. With a better bed and covers, and a better clean it would’ve made our stay a lot better

Its low price (for Sydney standards) comes with a cost of not being able to sleep well because of noise from outside and uncomfortable bed. We also experienced heavy cooking smell from the upstairs part of the apartment after 9pm which was irritating when trying to go to sleep. It's probably ok for a night or two but it was too uncomfortable for the 6 nights we stayed and don't think we would stay there again. The location is very convenient for transport and eating out.

Dan’s place is very basic. It’s actually the downstairs rooms of a two storey apartment. The bed, mattress and pillows all need replacing. Very uncomfortable. Additional utensils in the kitchen would be helpful eg spoons. Location is convenient however a lot of traffic noise.
