We are pleased to offer our guest room: a pleasant, sunny, south-facing ensuite double bedroom, in a private part of our bungalow which is five miles from St Peter Port in rural Torteval and a stone's throw from the south coast cliffs. This is a lovely peaceful part of the island, not far from Rocquaine and L'Eree beaches. Although there is easy parking, a bus stop is a few metres away and there are good opportunities to explore the quiet lanes on foot or by bicycle. The bedroom has one standard double bed with linen and towels provided; generous wardrobe space; a reading lamp; and free WiFi. No kitchen facilities are available, but there is a kettle and a toaster, with crockery and cutlery. It is possible to heat a ready meal in the microwave. There is no fridge as such, but we do offer an electric cool box for keeping perishable foods cold. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in power shower and heated towel rail. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided, with information about Guernsey and its attractions. Guests have use of the sunny hall adjoining their room, furnished with a small sofa, a table and two chairs. There is also a garden bench and table on the patio at the front of the house: a real sun trap. You will have access to a lock box for the house key, so may come and go as you wish. Easy parking is available directly outside.
