The communication is excellent with the Host. The location is not close to any shops or good areas, trying to get there by walking is to far especially in the heat - You will need transport. The apartment was very clean and tidy with great water pressure in the shower. View was nice. We did lose power for nearly 24hours and I thought the host would have asked if I needed any support but they didn’t check in with me which I was surprised seeing how good they are with communication, considering the extreme heat and humidity it was very tough sleeping and living in general, understandable its not the hosts fault for the power going out but I really thought they would of checked to see how their client was doing. Also a suggestion would be to have a torch and candles with a lighter to use as it was complete darkness in the apartment come evening time.
Very nice apartment for the price! The location is still kinda close to the center. So with a scooter you will be there in 5 min. Definitely recommend!
It was a very pleasant stay and Ira was very responsive! Would recommend.
Really nice and spacious condo with all the equipment you could need during your stay. We were looking for a condo at a more quiet location in Patong Beach, but still close to the food markets and nighlife. It’s about 15-20min walk to Bangla. Weekly linen change and cleaning on a long term stay, which is really nice. There are washing machines next to the lobby too.
Place was great & the views were incredible, definitely recommend.

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D . And we are always online and responsive, so if you need our help or advice just drop us a message via any popular mobile live chat, as we use most of them, either in English, Thai or Russian as we speak all three languages fluently.
