House is located in quiet area surrounded with nature, only 5 minutes from center of Rijeka. Extends on more than 1000m2 which includes a swimming pool, an old tavern and vegetation and grass, as well as facilities suitable for children. The courtyard is secure and fenced so guests have as much privacy as possible. The property has 3 large rooms and other necessary rooms with a beautiful sea view. It also includes a small gym and a sauna and beauty treatments as needed (as additional services). Apart from the contents and the decoration itself, the location is one of the important advantages of this accommodation. Although the house is close to the city center, its natural environment contributes to the peace and the right atmosphere for the relaxation of every guest staying there.

Sehr schönes Haus an einer ruhigen Lage. Saubere Zimmer und genügend Platz ist vorhanden, auch ein zusätzliches Häuschen mit Grill, Abzug, Bar und Toilette ist vorhanden. Speziell waren nur die 200Euro Depot welche wir der Gastgeberin geben mussten. Kenne ich so nicht von Airbnb und gab mir anfangs ein schlechtes Gefühl. Das Geld kam jedoch bei der Abgabe (bei der die Gastgeber alles kontrolliert haben) wieder zurück.
We had a wonderful time at the Villa. The place was really amazing including several facilities (big pool, taverana with grill, gym, big seize beds, several bathrooms etc.) Everything was clean and we stayed in the Villa almost the entire time during our stay in Rijeka. In addition Karlo and his family were so nice and even recommended some nice places (restaurants and beaches). The communication was great. Therefore I can only recommend the Villa to everyone who wants to stay in an exceptional place in Rijeka! Thank you Karlo!
