Giò revels in sharing this magnificent palazzo. Once part of a noble palace, it harmonises original splendour with a light & airy touch. Traces of the terrace arches (now the bedroom), vaulted ceilings, and authentic floor tiling. A 17th century palazzo, Giò was the first to utilise the rooftop terrace, bestowing panoramic views of Parabita's historical centre. A stone's throw from the town square, it's easy to immerse yourself in the best of Salento here. Casa di Giò is a bright and airy one-bedroom apartment with an open-plan layout, offering the possibility to accommodate up to 2 additional guests (on the comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge). The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are open plan, and an antechamber with a balcony leads to the bedroom. There is one full bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, and basin in the bedroom ensuite) and an additional half bathroom with a toilet located off the antechamber, allowing extra access without disturbing other guests at night.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Livio! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Parabita war im Oktober schön ruhig. Wir haben die Wohnung als Base genutzt und tägliche Ausflüge unternommen. Die Dach-Terasse war das absolute Highlight von der wir viele Sonnenuntergänge geniessen konnten.
This flat has everything you need to spend a few days exploring the area of Puglia. The terrace is perfect to start or and your days and the interior is lovingly curated. Keep in mind that there is no wifi in this flat.
Leuk interieur en gezellig klein terrasje. Fijne omgeving. Livio was goed bereikbaar. Enige jammere is dat er geen wifi werd aangeboden.
Nicely decorated spacious apartment. Very beautiful kitchen fully equipped. Nice outside seating area and a washing machine inside the house. Was a great stay thank you ! No direct parking in front of the property (narrow street)
The apartment was exceeding our expectations. It was big (for 2 people), light, nicely furnished and well equipped. All the amenities worked perfectly and even in the august heat the AC turned the place into a cool refuge. The highlight was the rooftop terrace: we loved having our aperitivo on the rooftop terrace and watching the sun set on the horizon. Livio was helpful and provided us with a helpful and insightful guide to the apartment and some good recommendations for the surrounding area. If we’re ever in Puglia again, we’ll be sure to stay in Livio’s apartment again.

Literally 2 mins walk from the vibrant town square! There are often bands playing in the square and you can dine outside in the square in one of the open-air restaurants. Plus there are 2 bars, one completely open-air and the other offering a very nice aperitivo under their portico! Very lively in Summer, and more relaxed from September.
Walking around the town is the only way to appreciate Parabita. But you will need a car for getting from the airport, to the beaches and to other nearby towns.
