Maybe it's because an organisation manages this place but it wasn't very welcoming considering we were there for 6 days of xmas and paying premium - nearly $500 per night. Not a spark of tinsel, dusty old furniture, neglected garden, a wifi password that didn't work - we found the right one on the modem, no food staples etc. It was a huge contrast with last years xmas airbnb with flowers and christmas decorations and a clean expansive well maintained house and garden. Disappointing.

This is such a cosy & lovely home. I wanted to live here! Was so appropriate for our small children. Beautiful outdoor setting and very well kept house. The central heating makes it extremely livable. Both the shower and bath were top notch! The kitchen is quirky but has everything you need and a beautiful view of the garden.

Two families just finished our three night stay at this property over the long weekend visiting the Blue Mountains. We found it the perfect size for two families and bedding configuration and room sizes were great. There was lots of amenities available at the property (firewood, washing-up detergent, soap in the bathrooms, hand soap on the sinks etc. The beds were very comfortable and linen and towels nice quality. It was perfect location to see all the sights and walk into town for coffee or dinner. We really enjoyed it and would return and recommend. Thank you
