El precio no coincide con la calidad de los interiores. Pague $600 usd la noche. Muebles viejos, sábanas y almohadones viejos y olorosos No hay tumbonas para descansar afuera Pisos sucios. Nos quedaban los pies manchados y apareció una cucaracha La casa puede estar preciosa. Solo hay que meterle dinero para modernizar y dejar a la gente contenta con el pago realizado

This is our second time staying in this home. It's a great layout, spacious and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here. The home has a kitchen that is open to the living room and dining, making it great for families and friends to stay together. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, slept great while staying there. The golf cart allowed for easy access getting around to the marina for food, coffee and drinks. The community pool is great and highly recommend taking advantage of that during your stay! Bedrooms also stayed cooled during the evening - pro tip - make sure you leave your bedrooms closed to allow the rooms to be cool and for the AC not to work too hard.

Eduardo was inconsiderate, petty, and dishonest. He listed the property as a four bedroom when in fact it's a three bedroom with a small office/den that he put a bunk bed in. There is no door on this room nor a closet. The room offers no privacy from the common hallway. His listing description made no mention of the lack of a door, in fact it said it was a private bedroom. Furthermore, about a week before our stay, I messaged him specifically asking questions about this bedroom and he failed to mention that there was no door. When I discovered the truth, I messaged him about it, and he told me that I should have asked if each bedroom had a door if that was important to me....what??!! So I asked if we could get a curtain+ rod, just to provide some privacy and he initially refused. More concerned about damage to his walls. I had to buy it myself and finally he relented and reimbursed me. After I reached out to Airbnb, he changed his listing to a three bedroom. Airbnb refunded me 30% .

The house is spacious, well-kept, well-stocked and has beautiful views of the sea. There is construction going on right in front of it but the noise wasn't bad. The jacuzzi was wonderful to watch sunsets. There is also an HOA pool about 1 block away which has an infinity pool, bathrooms and chairs/tables. The house came with membership access to the beach club which is a must! The beach club has a restaurant/bar by the beach and pool and is a wonderful space. The beach has no waves and is shallow, so perfect for kids and families alike. The house DOES NOT include the golf cart. A separate daily fee must be paid (in cash, so be prepared) if you want to use it , but it's a must as the beach club, marina, restaurants and other amenities are at a distance (hills) and not within walking distance. My family rented a house in the same block that already included the golf cart with rent, so look for that. The house was well-stocked with utensils, coffee machine, pans, water dispenser, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. We had everything we needed. The only cons: check-in was difficult. We were already in La Paz and could not get in touch with the owner, property manager or anyone else to let us in. It took several tries and an escalation to Airbnb. The house appeared to be clean, but we found a used hair comb with hair in one of the beds (top bunk), which made us wonder if the sheets were changed. The golf cart was not available for immediate use because it did not have gas (apparently because of a lack of communication and the property manager not expecting us). Minor details, but you may want to get check-in details ahead of time to avoid unnecessary stress at the last minute. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this rental to others.
