This was the perfect place for our short stay in Clitheroe. The house is really well cared for and spotlessly clean. Central location, with allocated parking a bonus, and we easily found parking for a 2nd car on the street opposite. Kitchen was really well equipped, and we particularly appreciated the underfloor heating.

Beautiful property, absolutely immaculate in a great position, walking distance to everywhere. Had an issue setting the heating (our error) and Phil came and sorted it straightaway. Couldn't recommend more highly

This is a fantastic accommodation, it’s a very short walk to the town centre and it’s host of restaurants, bars and shops. The house is immaculately clean and has everything you need. Woukd love to return 👍🏼

Philip's house in Clitheroe felt like a godsend, especially as I was taking part in an event at Clitheroe Castle Museum. The museum was easily walkable which removed the stress of finding a parking space. The house is in a quiet location, well fitted out and tastefully decorated. The location is also a super-convenient base for exploring the beautiful countryside nearby. Thoroughly recommend Philip's house to other visitors to the area.

Great accommodation and location. Very comfortable beds shower good pressure. Everything you need in kitchen very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again thanks Phil
