Bruce and Claudia were excellent hosts! The Casita was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. Bruce was communicative from the time we booked until check out. Further, both he and Claudia were very cool and welcoming people and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations! Finally, the Casita was well worth the price. I would highly recommend this great home for anyone who wants peace, quiet, beautiful surroundings, and excellent communication!! Absolutely beautiful casita near the American River. Perfect for a few days escape. Very comfortable. Both my two dogs and I had a fantastic time. Felt very inspired being there. They obviously put a lot of creativity and care into the casita. Bruce is a very friendly guy and made me feel right at home. My dogs liked him too. Had a lot of fun taking my dogs to the river to go play. Can’t say enough how incredible this place is. A hidden gem in Northern California. Will definitely be back. Had to cut my trip short and Brice was very accommodating.

Great stay in peaceful, out of the way location near Coloma and Placerville. The house is comfortable and accommodating. The cute little outdoor patio and beautiful outdoor scenery near the river (that is accessible from the property!!) were excellent, even during a chilly fall weekend - great stay no matter the season!

Great place to stay. It was very comfortable and clean. The place had everything you’d need in the kitchen. Great views and access to the river. Will definitely be back.
