This is an agency. The room shown will probably not be the one you are given. That said, they are about the right value for a short term let. Practical, clean, and to the point. Very central location. The rooms had everything you need, and were even thoughtfully furnished for a student: desk, plug adapter, shelves, hooks, hangers, washing machine, cooking facilities in common area. Suited me well. Though the room I ended up with cost about 50% more than the one shown (which was not available, and the substitute offered at the same price had no window.)
