Spotlessly clean, great amenities, very comfy beds and a fantastic coffee machine. Only one down-side, and this doesn't change my ratings, but side access up steps and a steep path was a challenge with bikes and gear. However this is a recent change due to the neighbouring vacant block being sold, so not the host's fault. Otherwise, a great spot for a gin and tonic on the deck, and watching all the shuttle buses and riders go up the hill! a very short walk/ride to the trail head and Derby's main shops/cafes.
