Maria was very pleasant and is keeping the rental clean. Everything we needed was availabe. The basement apartment is not fully finished. After crossing the lawn and entering through the steep basement hatch stairs we entered a space with an unfinished ceiling and exposed wiring and plumbing. The floor in the bedroom and entry is painted plywood. As you would expect from a basement apartment there were the usual sounds from above. Maria provided earplugs on the nightstand, but we did not need them as the sounds were not excessive. The bed was comfortable and the space was larger than we expected.

Maria was a great host! She was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We arrived to Springfield a little early and she let us check in sooner than expected. We also came with an almost 2 year old and she had a play pen, baby tub and high chair set up for us. She also took the time to baby proof for us, baby gates at the stairs, outlet covers, & child locks on the cabinets. Her place was very clean, spotless bedding and a kitchen stocked with things you’d need for cooking, seasoning, utensils, pans etc. would definitely book again!

Comfortable, cozy, and clean. Great communication from the host. Safe and nice space. Very happy with this stay.
