Phillip was a wonderful host who was there when i needed some things taken as pertaining to the home. He came out and fixed up an umade bed when i told him about it as well as immediately got a plumber to fix the toilet in the master bathroom. He even let me and my mother fish on his other property that he was living in. Overall, the property was great with it's massive space and surrounding area.

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful, private getaway. Our family of 7 was able to move about the home comfortably. It offered all the amenities we needed. But the real treat was the outdoors. Our little one enjoyed feeding the koi fish. We also saw several deer on the property in the early hours of the morning. The location felt very country (which we appreciated), but is actually in the outskirts of Charlotte. Everything you need is close by. Also, it’s about 10 minutes from Carowinds - which was the purpose of our trip. Philip was very friendly and responsive. He made some restaurant recommendations that hit the spot. Papa Doc’s was delicious. We had a great time and will definitely return when we are back in the area. Highly recommend!

Phillip is a great host! I didn’t feel a stranger when we communicated. He was always available. The property is beautiful.
