Welcome to our cozy third floor apartment with a neat view of the city! We are located in the Center Park Historic District of Reading. We are a short distance from many Restaurants, Convenient Stores, FirstEnergy Stadium (Home of the Reading Fightin Phils), Santander Performing Arts Center, Santander Arena, Goggle Works Center for the Arts, IMAX Theater, Reading Hospital, West Reading, and more. This is a cozy apartment for those looking for long-term space to rent, but we also welcome short-term renters. We do our best to accommodate our guests. Here are a few of the many features available for your use: -Easy check in & check out with lockbox -High speed internet -Washer & Dryer on first floor -Fully equipped kitchen -FREE street parking -Keurig machine with condiments to go with your coffee -Fully stocked bathroom with toiletries and towels -1 BR - Queen size bed -Study or work area/desk -Iron & Ironing board We also offer a 32-inch Smart HD TV - Fire TV Edition. It comes with the ability for you to log into your favorite internet services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, YouTube. There is a laundry on the first floor at the back of the house shared by all three apartments in our home. It's available for our 3rd Floor Airbnb guests to use on Mondays and Thursdays.

A very comfortable apartment, in a great location to visit and work in the in the Reading area. The hosts are excellent, they communicate promptly and their care for the place is reflected in the excellent condition and facilities.

My wife very much loved this little apartment. I was thankful for how warm it was in the winter and it was an easy commute to the Santander arena (which was our reason for booking here). Very accommodating hosts. My only minor dislikes were the old bed was very noisy, and every movement is obvious. With that said I still recommend this location.
This was a great place to stay for the weekend. It had everything it said it did, and was exactly what you need and nothing more!

We are located in the historic section of the city where there is lots of unique and beautiful architecture.
Street parking is free. During the day, there are usually lots of open spots for parking on the street, but at night the street tends to fill up and it can be a bit more challenging to find an open spot. Uber is also a good option for transportation in our neighborhood.
