Grizzly cabin is an absolute gem! The cabin is super cute, equipped with everyhing you need...internet, complimentary coffee, games, puzzles, books, DVDs, outdoor gas grill, hammock. Check in/check out was super easy and Mike and Nikki were very responsive whenever we needed to reach out. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Mike and Nicole are great hosts. They are very communicative but not at all intrusive. Their guide contains all the information needed for your stay plus information on surrounding restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. They respond quickly to any questions and are very knowledgeable about the area. I can't think of a single negative. The place is exactly as described and just what is needed for 1-2 guests. The fireplace and reclining couch are a perfect combo after an active day out.
This was our second time staying at Mike & Nicole’s cabin and it was perfect. Really feels like home. So clean & cozy.

We have been married since 2007 and have one child - our Doberman. We're outdoorsy types and love to hike, mountain climb, ski, kayak, and of course, go to the beach! We will both happily work the day-to-day job of making sure that you are comfortable and enjoying your time when you're at Serendipity in the Outer Banks or in the White Mountains at Grizzly Cabin or Moose Cabin. We want you to have your best vacation every time you come to stay. We are very familiar with the Outer Banks and the White Mountains, and we can give you recommendations for attractions, dinner, breakfast, hiking, skiing, or answer any questions that you may have. We will always be available to you. We're easily accessible via the Airbnb messaging system, as both of us receive notifications when a new message is sent to us, and usually respond within an hour.
