Not a bad spot In general but it’s a huge hit and a miss depending on what room your in in the building. Would’ve been nice if communication was a lot better especially when trying to resolve previous issues and prevent them for others in the future. Pay for what you get

Apartment was basic, but very clean and homey. Everything needed was provided. Other tenants in the building , whether monthly rentals or other aibnb tenants were quiet. Host was very helpful and responsive. A property manager lives inside the building and was available for questions whenever needed. Highly recommend!
