We truly enjoyed Stefano's Condo. It was exactly as the photos show, and honestly, better than what we expected. The home is very modern and is walking distance from the harbor, tons of dining options, a few wine bars, and the beach. There is a supermarket around the corner, and the home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook. From oil, to pans, to salt, to garlic, to pepper. I was truly amazed with how equipped this home was. Super clean, and the home smells amazing! The biggest plus for us (on top of the home being super equipped, great location, and aesthetically pleasing) was the ability to wash and dry clothes, the AC, and the security. Which was top notch. Tripple door entry to home. Lastly, Stefano truly is a Super Host! Was so helpful and always responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. We are absolutely 100% satisfied with our stay, we hope to return in the future. Thank you Stefano!

Die Unterkunft vom Stephano ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man auch für längere Zeit dort wohnen möchte. Ich habe 2 Monate am Flughafen Fiumicino gearbeitet und dafür war das Apartment wirklich ideal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist mittels Liftes erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle der Firma Trotta-Bus, welche sich beim Gemeindeamt befindet, ist in 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Manchmal nahm ich auch einen E-Scooter dazu, welche in Fiumicino genügend verfügbar sind. Die Buslinie 8 fährt unter der Woche ca. alle 30 Minuten. Der Bus-Plan ist über Internet einsehbar, zu beachten ist nur, dass es einen Winter und Sommerplan dazu gibt. Am Wochenende und am Feiertag gibt es weniger Verbindungen, speziell zischen 12 und 16 Uhr. Interessant sind auch die Linien 10 und 5. Die Linie 10 fährt nach Focene, wo es einen sehr schönen Badestrand gibt (sehr zum empfehlen) und die Linie 5 bringt Dich nach Ostia, wo man die alte römische Hafenstadt genießen kann. Die Tickets gibt es im Bus um € 1,50, oder um 1 € beim Cafe , Bar Tabacchi, Via Portuense, 2480, 00054 Fiumicino RM. Wenn man nach Rom reisen möchte, bietet sich aus meiner Sicht der „BUS SHUTTLE“ an. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt neben den Haltestellen von den TROTTA-Bussen. Hier gibt es tägliche 15 Verbindungen ab 08:00 bis 21:35 Uhr. Bei der Bushaltestelle befindet sich eine Tafel mit den Terminen und das Ticket bucht man am Besten Online-via QR-Code, welcher sich auf der Tafel befindet. Eine Strecke kostet nach Rom € 7,--, wenn man das Ticket online kauft. Eine weitere Möglichkeit wäre noch die Verbindungen mit dem Cotral-Bus. Hier konnte ich aber das System nicht ganz durchschauen, weil ich nie wusste, wo der Bus wegfährt. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass es in Fiumicino regelmäßig Veranstaltungen gibt. Hier fragt man am Besten im Tourismus-Büro nach. Sehr gefallen hat mir auch der wöchentliche Markt, der jeweils am Samstag stattfindet. Stefano ist ein guter Unterkunftgeber und er steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man etwas braucht - Danke Stefano!

This flat is the perfect location to stay in Fiumicino! Stefano is super friendly, helpful, and communicative, which made check-in a total breeze. It’s walking distance to literally everywhere (supermarket, restaurants, and beaches) which makes it so convenient. Wi-Fi is great so you could definitely work remotely, if needed. It’s on the 3rd floor, but there is a lift for luggage so that was really helpful after our 10 day cruise 🚢 and shopping. Amenities are top notch (a/c, coffee maker, frig/freezer, washer/dryer, kitchen). Uber is easy to get to FCO airport and only ~$15. I would absolutely stay here again!
