Place it is located in a peaceful residential area ideal for those travellers that want to immerse in the local communities. Walkable or if opted, can easily find a ride (trike) to go to commercial center with affordable fare Parking space more than what i expected - spacious and dedicated unlike in downtown hotels that most of travellers's car are parked along the streets..

Host was so responsive and his assistant Kuya Ben was so helpful. Place was clean, quiet, spacious, lots of hot water, organized kitchen, secured (lockable doors and gate) Also, public transportation was easy peasy, walkable to both malls and restraurants. I will surely book this place over and over again if I ever go back to Subic Bay. Thanks Mr Carlo and Kuya Ben for everything.

We're glad we booked this place. It's clean, wifi has a fast connection, the kitchen has all the needed amenities like an electric kettle, rice cooker, electric stove, and fridge. Location is good. It was easy to find using g.oogle maps. Both SM Central and SM downtown are nearby. You can ride a tricycle or you can prefer to just walk. The neighborhood is safe even at night. Carlo and Kuya Bernie were also very much responsive. Highly recommended.
