Tuvimos problemas desde el primer día con que habías cucarachas en el alojamiento, según nos informaron producto de las fuertes lluvias. Aunque intentaron resolverlo esparciendo un spray por la casa, no fue suficiente, por lo que acortamos nuestra estadía de un mes a una semana. La casa tiene vistas preciosas y una piscina muy bonita además de que prácticamente no se escuchan ruidos y el lugar es bastante privado. Sin embargo, por dentro le falta mantenimiento. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es que se ubica en una pendiente muy inclinada, por lo que se hace difícil llegar a la casa a pie sobre todo si vienes cargado con compras del mercado. Confiamos que la anfitriona hará lo posible por continuar mejorando para futuros huéspedes.

Blue house was great, view unbeatable, flowers gorgeous,driveway very steep hill taxis refusing to go up the hill, to walk up a chore, Mari was terrific,responding to our request immediately always with a smile or a laugh, super nice person. A few hiccups with the utilities, power interruptions ect. Somana was a great experience,people were very nice and helpful. But the view from the Blue House was worth a million.

Eloisas flat is probably the best stay one can have in Samana. A little up the hill and away from the urban noise, but still only a 5 minutes walk form the port, where the whale boats are departing . Also about half a dozen nice restaurants are nearby. The flat has everything one needs for a comfortable stay in Samana: The breathtaking view over the ocean from the terrace and even from the bedroom/bed, a modern rain shower, permanently hot water and working ACs are some of the main assets. Internet access by Wifi works fine. The pool (only few steps from the flat) is mostly unused by others so you’ve got your peace cooling down after a hot day. The car can be safely stored in a private parking area just in front of the house. In addition, Eloisa (the owner) and Mary (person in charge on site, living nearby) are always accessible and answer questions in real time. Perfect service, perfect place, perfect stay, highly recommendable. We will come back here for sure!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Der check in war easy. Die Kommunikation super. Die Aussicht vom Balkon toll. Wlan hat gut funktioniert. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Pool ist nicht direkt vor der Wohnung, es liegt ein Häuschen dazwischen. Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil, wir haben es aber mit etwas Schwung geschafft. Kurzer Weg zum Hafen für Bootsausflüge. Supermärkte im Ort sind sehr basic, also lieber schon vorher einkaufen.

Me gusto mucho la casa , es justamente como en las fotos tuve inconveniente con el agua pero la representante Mary siempre estuvo atenta , lo único es que el cobro deben bajarle más ya que la cobran con piscina , pero la misma no funciona después todo estuvo excelente
