We stayed there for 4 nights and paid $902 which is not worth in my opinion. The place is way smaller than it looks in the pictures. We tried watching tv few times, but it was keep freezing after few minutes. There is a double bed not queen bed which has been really uncomfortable for 4 nights for 2 adults. Sofa in the living room is broken and been really uncomfortable. Loud noise from people living upstairs as well as the traffic noise made our stay even worse. No long life milk, no cereal, no paper towel or tissues available. we bought the milk to make coffee and realized that the coffee has expired 2 years ago as well as some other things in the pantry. we didn't cook or eat at home at all during our stay. weather was really hot those 4 night and there was only a ceiling fan in one room but not the other room. the other room has basic pedestal fan which was also broken and wasn't tilting its head. aircon in the living room is also not in very good condition. We would never go back.

I stayed here while performing at the Adelaide Fringe and it was a wonderfully located spot! The double bed was very comfortable, thought the single beds weren't as comfy. The apartment was quite bare and empty, it would have been nice to have a few extra towels for beach visits etc. It was wonderful having keyless entry! Would stay here again.

RUN and don't look back. Absolutely the worst place we attempt to stay, immediately you are welcomed by huge cobwebs over the door with dead bugs,opening the door you get hit by a strong sewerage smell, we arrived late and leaving wasn't much of an option we proceeded inside to find a HUGE cockroach and a big spider, hair and lint on the floor, dust in every surface, no cleaning whatsoever, reached out to the host only to get a "sorry I'm interstate and so are the cleaner!!! but I can refund you the cleaning fee" by this time it was well into the night and we attempted to clean ourselves and also reached Airbnb, texted and spoke with a couple of agents and after a looong sleepless night they managed to refund my money except for the night we spent, I just wanted to disengage so accepted the refund. Don't be fooled by the photos serious maintenance is required and of course regular cleaning, if Asthmatic you risk your life, wouldn't stay even if getting paid. NEEDS to be OFF AIRBNB.

Yen's place for me was smaller than I expected.Myself & three kids found it a bit overwhelming in the sitting area which was in the same area as dining table & kitchen.However Yen was very helpful with extra heating devices, flexible check in & check out times. Very polite and responsive.I feel that the place,especially bathroom (windows, ceiling and towel rails) need an upgrade or maintenance along with the only couch,therefore the price should have been lower to my opinion,as other Airbnbs similar to this price offered not only more in space but were in a better condition.The kitchen was well equipped with pots pans, glassware etc. The TV had Netflix and other channels, i.e Disney and all but we weren't able to finish a movie cause it just froze after 20-30 minutes. So no movie nights for us. Don't know if it was the internet connection or something else. We had a car so it was easy for us to get around. Not sure how easy it would be without a car there.Overall, it was a nice stay.
