We had a lovely stay @ Kelly's gorgeous Victorian home. The charm this home has is amazing & the McCarthy King Suite was so inviting! Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, coffee bar for our morning caffeine fix & a wonderful host! We were in town visiting MU for a swim invitational & will be planning to stay again next year! Thank you Kelly!
Had a delightful stay at Kelly’s beautiful home. I was in town for my son’s fraternity “Mom’s Weekend” and was so glad to have a quiet and peaceful retreat. Thankful also for the snacks, bottled water and Keurig. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home. A lovely quiet space. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. We even had several deer wander past! Would highly recommend.
Kelly’s place was a great find. The space was impeccable and exactly as described. We really appreciated the extra amenities….. keurig coffee, bottled water, snacks, shampoo and conditioner. Loved the special towels for make-up removal. It was easy to access our room and the location was secure. We were there for our 50th college reunion. This was so much better than a local hotel with greatly inflated rates for alumni weekend. Thank you

We are long-time residents of Oxford and love it! Kelly is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker College Real Estate in Oxford. After 31 years of policing in Oxford, Dan retired in 2013 and joined Kelly in the real estate business as a Realtor. Our roots run deep in this community and we just love it! We have 4 children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 1 son-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. We love spending time with our family and on our boat on Brookville Lake. We purchased the historic Welsh-Stewart House in March of 2020 and are excited to offer it as an AirBNB and host guests. We have hosted AirBNB guests previously and when we travel, we always try to book an AirBNB versus a hotel. We are so excited to be able to share this beautiful home with guests as they visit Oxford.
