Nice, clean apartment . Well located near China town and Little Italy and close to several subway stations and restaurants. The only slight problem was that there were no keys in the box at check in time and no one answered our messages or calls. Actually the cleaning lady was just a little late to put them in the box so the problem was quickly solved. But it is scary when there is a problem and it is a little long to get in touch with anyone.

Easy check in, clean , perfect location for easy access to manhattan and Brooklyn. Lots of food options close by and great view for people watching lol. I’d definitely book again.

The apartment and location is fine BUT the host and apartment management was terrible. The first day we got there, our apartment was occupied and they didn’t respond our messages until we talked to airbnb, they gave us another apartment within the same building. 5 days after, we arrived at our place after 10pm and our keycards were not working, we contacted the host and nothing, we called airbnb and they wanted me to spend one hour and a half for the hostel to respond, we decided to move to a hotel even when all our stuff was inside, I forced them to pay the night hotel stay because they wanted me to pay only 20% of the whole reservation. Next day I came back looking for the maintenance people and I called a different numbe, they asked to me sent a mail and then the cleaning staff helped me with the cards. To be honest was a terrible experience and I decided to use hotels in the future, not airbnb after this, the host didn’t care and airbnb is not helpful.
