Overall a great stay. In the beginning there were a lot of instructions and when I called it seemed like sometimes the person (different one almost every time) could not do e.g. registering the car for parking and had to transfer me somewhere, where I got voice mail. The registering for parking part was actually the only issue as I had to call 2-3 times over 2 days. Otherwise, the apartment is beautiful and I would stay again.

Nice location and apartment was very clean with great views. Check in process was less that satisfactory, as host did not send the link to the Latch app that was promised, so we had to call and wait on hold for a while to prompt them to send it. However, once connected with a representative of the host, they were very friendly and helpful. The Latch app worked fine to get in, but it seemed like a fire hazard because you had to reenter a 7-digit code even to use the stairs or elevator going back DOWN and out of the building, but that is more a critique of the building itself, not this host. finally, WiFi would've been nice, but that's on me for not checking for free Wi-Fi in the description of this place.

We lived in other Prometheus communities, so using Latch to get in wasn’t an issue for us. Almost everything was as described - great amenities, clean place, maintenance requests always fulfilled within 24h. My only complaint is that the description mentioned that you’d receive Latch invitations no less than 24h before arrival, but mine didn’t until _after_ check-in time, and I had to call them to send the code. Thankfully customer service was responsive.

honestly, that feeling when you book a place and is super excited to see it in person was all out the door once I opened the door. I was surprisingly caught off guard because the listing photos didn't match at all and gave off the idea that we were getting a suite(something spacious and bigger) but instead it felt more like a studio w/the sliding screen it had to separate the room from the living area. I'm a girly girl so I was most excited about the vanity mirror esp since there aren't any body mirrors in the apartment, and the mirror wouldn't even turn on. I even unplugged it by the second day to see if that would work, and nothing. Global luxury was super responsive to my needs-kept directing me to customer service to help me, but customer service lagged hours before to reply and before their shift to end to reply to me. Who messages someone @4:20am before their shift ends for the weekend expecting a guest to respond back?? ALL IN ALL THE PLACE WAS STILL CLEAN & PEACEFUL & RELAXING!
