This was our second year staying at Black Pearl and we had another fantastic stay. Communication with Sue was excellent and the property manager Ianthe is really helpful, informative and extremely friendly. The property has everything you could need and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it.

We stayed in Sue’s villa for 9 nights with the family including 2 babies under 1 year, it was fabulous, the bedrooms are huge, the pool was great the kitchen was so well equipped, Sue was so helpful & recommended local places, we all enjoyed it so so much & would love to return some time in the future. Lanthe was super helpful too, the only thing that would be nice would be to have air conditioning downstairs. Thanks Sue for letting your lovely villa to us Jackie & family

Good size house with pool to make 2 families happy 2 x 2 adult 2 children .Every family feels private. 2 good size bedroooms with ensuite. Other rooms also good size. Top location next to surf school . Miami beach 15 min slow walk . House on small estate with a gate .We felt secure . Clean pool . Thank you Sue and the team

A wonderful, peaceful stay, like taking your own home away on holiday with you. Everything you’d need for self-catering, lovely amounts of space (especially as a couple), properly built, nicely finished. Private pool was the icing on the cake. The most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had. It is possible to manage without a car, albeit the walk to Massys is about 25 mins and a challenge fully laden, but 2 great beaches within 10 mins, Caspers Bar 12 mins - definitely worth a visit, and the restaurants of Oistins 15 minutes away. We spent a lot of time cooking our own stuff - the kitchen has every gadget you’ll need. Great check in and check out arrangements so basically the holiday started minute one. We did message Sue a few times between booking and arriving - a truly lovely lady and easy to see why she is a super host - very proactive. This is the real AirBNB deal, everything it says on the tin. 5 stars. And the weather was beautiful too.

This was our absolute favourite stay of all time. Sues villa is perfect perfect perfect for your family holiday and the pictures do not do it enough justice at all - it is SO much bigger in real life. The bedrooms are huge and there is just so much space. We were a family of 6 adults and had an abundance of space. The pool and outdoor area is perfect and has the most beautiful sunrise view. Location: if you don’t want to stay in areas saturated with resorts like us, then this is the perfect location. Where Sues villa is, you feel like you are in true beautiful Barbados and has a real healthy balance of locals and tourists. The area is so friendly and safe. It is a 3 minute walk from the closest beach where surfers go (and has the most INCREDIBLE sunset view) and a 15 minute walk away from, in our opinion, the best beach in Barbados - Enterprise beach. 20 minute walk away from the nearest shops and little town in Oistins. We would without a doubt return. 100/10 perfection thank you Sue
