We had a lovely holiday as a family of six plus two dogs in Dan’s house. The house is clean, tidy and comfortable. The living space is great (cool indoors, despite the heatwave) and the outdoor space and facilities were even better than the photos. The garden is huge and there’s plenty of room for the dogs to run around (make friends with the cattle in the fields at the bottom of the garden!). We loved the pool, tennis, pétanque and table tennis. The kitchen is very well equipped and Dan very kindly left a welcome pack of local produce. He is a good host, always replied to any questions quickly and on hand to give advice etc. It would have been good to have more than one toilet, despite there being three bathrooms, but we managed. The house was also close enough to La Rochelle and Ile de Re to visit too. Supermarkets are 10 minutes away and we happened to run past a baker in the local village selling amazing bread/croissants from his driveway one morning. Definitely worth a visit!

excellent séjour dans la maison de Dan qui est un hôte extrêmement accueillant. nous avons bien profité des magnifiques extérieurs (jardin, piscine, terrain de tennis, table de ping pong) et de la région du marais Poitevin.

Maison très agréable à vivre avec la piscine, le terrain de tennis, de pétanque, la table de ping-pong, le baby foot pour les enfants...! Parfait pour un séjour en famille et entre amis.

Grande maison avec de grandes chambres personnalisées avec tout ce qui faut pour pratiquer du sport à volonté et surtout une grande piscine (top pour faire des vraies longueurs) dans un cadre très calme et très bien située pour profiter des visites et activités locales. Dan est aux petits oignons. Bref top de top.

Cadre super. Une semaine de vacances au calme où nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du tennis. Dan a été arrangeant et la communication a été facile. Néanmoins quelques petites réparations à prévoir pour que tout soit parfait.
