Vue incroyable sur le fleuve et ses environs depuis le 31ème étage. Le logement correspondait bien à la description et aux photos, malheureusement un peu abîmé et sale. La climatisation fait du bruit et des petits insectes vivent aussi dans l’appartement. Entre autre, la sécurité et l’accueil de la résidence sont super ! Et la piscine à débordement est sublime ! Le logement se situe à 7min à pied de l’arrêt de métro Krung Thon Buri et 12min à pied d’Iconsiam. À part ça, le quartier n’est pas très vivant. Après 3 mois passés dans cet appartement, nous le recommandons.

The view of this condo is amazing. The location is next to the bts, supermarket and mall. A very spacious apartment and would recommend this location to anyone.

Appartement conforme à la description de l annonce . Équipement ménager très rudimentaire . Bonne communication et bonne réactivité avec Travis . Immeuble bien équipé ( piscine , sauna , hammam , salle de fitness ) et bien situé si vous voulez être près de la Chao Praya et du centre commercial Inconsiam .

I’ve lived in and around Bangkok for a couple of years; however, this was by far one of the most amazing places I’ve stayed! From the excellent location on the 31st floor, to the sky pool and lounge, this building is truly the cream of the crop. I expected to find some inconvenience because of neighbors, however this is also a corner unit so you will always get your peace and quiet as well as your amazing views! The apartment comes well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dining room table, stovetop, as well as two big beds, and a bathtub! The host was very understanding and always responded quickly to any and all inquiries; even when my key card was stolen, the host was able to assist me in getting it replaced that day! Overall, I do not have any bad reviews for this place. The perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and comfort! 5/5 stars! Would highly recommend to all.
