Great place and great host! The place was really clean and spacious. It was stocked with all the essentials you’d need. Check in was as easy as it gets, and host reached out to ensure everything was all good with checking in. Great area as well! About a 20 minute drive from a snow-park & two smaller towns. Great area if you are looking to avoid the crowded Tahoe area.

We loved this cabin so much! It’s extremely cozy and feels spacious inside with plenty of room to hang out. Fantastic location right on the river and close to so many outdoor places to explore. Rachel was very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. Would definitely love to return to this mountain gem.

This home is beautiful! It’s location is right along the river and the walk around the neighborhood in the snow was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked, which was great, considering we did all meals at home. There are not many places nearby to eat so keep that in mind. Rachel was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend for a cozy cabin escape!

We stayed at Rachel’s cabin as a group of 6. The cabin, while still within a neighborhood, is peaceful and quiet, and it’s a short and easy walk to the river, or a 20ish minute drive to the Yuba Pass SnoPark. There is no cell reception here on any of the major carriers, but the cabin itself has decent WiFi, as does the general store 5 minutes away in Sierra City. We found the space to very comfortable, with a lovely main area for group meals and hangouts, and a well-equipped kitchen for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, the water hot, and while the upstairs can get a bit chillier in the winter, we had a very good time. Rachel also responded very quickly to our questions! We would love to stay here again in the future!
