It was amazing. We booked last minute because of our own misshap, on our anniversary weekend. It was exactly as described an just what I was looking for when I told my husband I wanted to get out of town.

Tracy and John make us feel at home. Love the peaceful property and being able to explore the outdoors, and they have a nice pond to fish. This was our second stay, and we will definitely be returning!

I cannot say enough good things about Tracy& John's place. By far the best Airbnb we stayed in on this 2 week long road trip. Tracy was super responsive and kind, the place was in an AMAZING location and so cozy. I loved staying in the middle of a national park - we saw coyotes, armadillos, opossums, deer and more! We got to say hi to the cows on the property and John gave us a tour of their cave, land, views, etc. Kitchen was well stocked, couch was comfortable, shower was everything I would want out of a shower and the whole cabin smells like cedar (a win in my book). Value for money is absolutely insane. All in all I'd give this place an 11!!!! We usually visit and stay in new places however this is one of two Airbnbs I've stayed in over the past decade that I actually want to actively return to and spend some time at. Stay here - you won't regret it.

We wanted a quiet place to unplug and experience the eclipse. John & Tracy were incredible hosts and exceeded all expectations. The space was immaculate. We loved the tour of their acreage, met a newborn calf, saw an incredible waterfall and wild mistletoe. Peaches made us miss our pets a little less with her enthusiasm welcoming us and Nate loved the grass fed steak we purchased. They thought of every detail- including safety hate and vests during youth turkey season. We’ve already shared the link with multiple friends ready to experience this hidden gem.
