Great area with a close walk to the beach. Fine place for the price. The rooms are spacious. A few issues with appliances and cleaning, dirty clothes from previous stay found under the bed. Owner was good at communicating. Overall good stay for a weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay! It took about 2 minutes to walk to beach, it was perfection! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Cozy little place right across the street from the beach. The kids loved the little sandbar and relaxing by the water. We walked a short distance to Waves and Island Ice Cream several times. The condo was clean and comfortable. Gavin was a fantastic host!

Gavin's place was nice & cozy! It was very easy to find & easy to get inside. We did sleep comfortably & enjoyed the peace & quiet. The beach was within walking distance. It took less than 5 minutes to walk there. Even though it was a little chilly during our visit & we didn't get to utilize the pool area, it was still nice. I would definitely stay again. It's perfect for a weekend getaway.
