Great host and place overall for SF standards. Plenty of space and walkable neighborhood, great location and safe. Beautiful views from roof top. Good furniture and very clean and hospitable. Only downside is one of the bedrooms is on top of the garage and you hear it every time garage door opens. Made it tougher for me to sleep some nights, although ear plugs and white noise can help a lot.

We stayed at this location for 30 days, so we got to know it well. Eddie always responded promptly and politely. They provided clear instructions for getting to and taking care of the location. The home mostly contained everything needed to live comfortably for 30 days. The location is very close to public transportation with restaurants, food stores, and Chinatown within walking distance. But like all homes there were some issues - appliances didn't always work properly, internet went out intermittently, and we had hot water issues. Some issues couldn't be helped, others we handled on our own, but we did let Eddie know about the hot water issue. They promptly responded and someone came out with our permission to enter. Though they didn't find an issue with the water heater, we only got hot showers after 8pm, sometimes around 12pm and never in the mornings. Besides that the location met most of our expectations. Thanks for the home away from home.
